Your customer
asks the shop.
The shop answers.
When an order moves, your customer gets a WhatsApp message. When they ask where it is, they get a real answer. It sends from your own WhatsApp account, so Meta charges you for the messages and we add nothing on top.
Five moments,
unprompted.
A message goes out when the order changes status — not on a schedule, and not as a campaign. Nobody is marketed at; they are told what happened to the thing they bought.
Confirmed
The order is in, with what is in it and what it came to.
Shipped
Out for delivery, with the tracking number if there is one.
Delivered
Arrived — which is also the message that stops the “where is it” question.
Cancelled
Called off, and the stock goes back on the shelf where it belongs.
Refunded
Money returned, said plainly, before they have to ring and ask.
“Where is
my order?”
The question every shop answers twenty times a day, answered from the actual order rather than from a script — the real status, the real items, the real tracking number.
| They ask | It replies with |
|---|---|
| Where is my order? | The status, the items on it and the tracking number |
| Confirm my COD order | Confirmation — or cancellation, which puts the stock back |
| Where are you? Are you open? | Your address, your hours and your phone number |
| Anything it should not decide | A handover to a person, after which it stays quiet |
That last row is the one that matters most. A bot that keeps talking over a human is worse than no bot, so once a conversation is handed to a person it stops answering in that thread until the person is done.
No middleman,
because there is
nowhere to put one.
The plugin connects to your own Meta WhatsApp Cloud API account. Meta bills you directly, at their published rates, for the messages you send. There is no shared number, no pooled sender, no per-message cut and no monthly fee to us.
It also records every message and what it cost, so the bill at the end of the month is arithmetic you can check rather than a number you have to accept.
- To Meta
- Their published per-message rate, billed direct
- To a reseller
- Nothing — there isn’t one
- To us, per message
- Nothing
- To us, per month
- Nothing
Prove it is
yours first.
Nobody can ask this plugin about an order unless they can show the order is theirs. If the number messaging in is already on the order, that is proof enough. If it is not, they are asked for the order number and the delivery pincode before a single detail is shared.
Every wrong answer gets the same reply — the same words, whether the order exists or not. That is deliberate: a “no such order” message that differs from a “wrong pincode” message is a way to find out which order numbers are real, one guess at a time.
And STOP means stop. Immediately, permanently, recorded, and not overridable by any other setting in the plugin.
