Sixty flavours,
four strengths.
No age check.

A vape shop is a variation problem wearing a compliance hat. This plugin is good at the first half and does nothing at all about the second, so the second is stated plainly before anything else on this page.

01 / The day as it is

Two hundred lines
that are twelve products.

One liquid is six flavours times four strengths times two bottle sizes. Multiply that by the brands you stock and the shelf is a few hundred lines that a customer describes by taste and milligrams rather than by anything printed on a label. Meanwhile the website is selling the same bottles and neither side knows what the other has just sold.

What stops happening

  • Flavour, strength and bottle size entered as separate products
  • A customer asking for something by taste while the till lists it by SKU
  • The website and the shop disagreeing about the last bottle
  • Liquids with dates on them sitting at the back of a shelf
  • Coils and hardware counted the same way as consumables that turn over weekly
02 / At setup

Grocery &
convenience.

Everything is barcoded, it turns over fast, and some of it has a date on it. That is the grocery profile exactly, and it is a better fit for a vape shop than any of the alternatives.

Switches on

Batches and expiry on liquids

Stock is held per product, per outlet, per batch. Liquids that carry a date keep it from receiving through to the count.

Switches on

Fast scanning

The counter assumes a queue. Scan, add, take payment — not a browse through a catalogue.

Switches on

Variation-aware tiles at the till

Flavour and strength sit on the tile as badges, so the assistant taps rather than reads.

Anything the choice leaves out is hidden, not removed. You are not locked out of a thing by picking wrong at setup — a clothes shop simply is not shown expiry dates it will never use, and a grocery is not shown a size matrix. Change your mind and it is all still there.

03 / What matters here

What actually
helps here.

01

Variations that behave like variations

Flavour, strength and size are attributes of one product, not three products with similar names. Ordering, counting and selling all happen at the level a customer actually asks in.

02

One figure across shop and website

The same bottle cannot be sold twice. Shop and site read the same number because there is only one number.

03

Stock takes on a phone

A shelf of two hundred lines counted against a figure already on screen, saved as you go. What used to be a Sunday is an hour.

Variations, batches, expiry and stock takes are in the free plugin.

04 / What we do not do

What we
do not do.

One of these is a legal exposure rather than an inconvenience, and it is first.

Not this

No age verification

Nothing in this plugin asks how old a customer is, prompts for ID, records a check or blocks a sale. There is no Challenge 25 flow and no age gate on the website side either. Every age check in your shop stays entirely with your staff, exactly as it would with a paper till. If you need the system to evidence that a check happened, this cannot do it.

Not this

No regulatory reporting

Nothing here produces TPD or equivalent submissions, tracks notified products, or knows which of your lines are registered. Compliance paperwork is unaffected by installing this.

Not this

No loyalty tied to nicotine limits

Loyalty points exist, but they are ordinary points on spend. Nothing caps quantities per customer or per visit.

We would rather lose the sale here than in week one.

05 / Questions

For this trade.

Can it stop an underage sale?
No. Nothing in the software knows a customer’s age or asks about it. Age checking is entirely your staff’s responsibility and this plugin does not record that it happened.
How should I set up flavour and strength?
As two product attributes on one product, with bottle size as a third if you stock more than one. That gives you one product with a grid rather than sixty near-identical entries.
Does it handle batches on liquids?
Yes. Stock is keyed on product, outlet and batch, and expiry is captured at receiving.
Will the website and the shop stay in step?
Yes, because they are the same stock record in the same WooCommerce database. There is no sync to go wrong, since nothing is being synced.

Good at the shelf.
Silent on the law.

It will run your counter and your stockroom well. It will not help you prove a single age check, and you should not buy it thinking otherwise.
